Well, technically, we only have 1 big hallway, and that has no Christmas decorations at all. Well after a couple of weeks of transition, my house is ready for Christmas.
I bought my first Christmas gift
yesterday for my mom. One of those snazzy Shark Steam Mops for hardwood floors. She complains about how dirty they are - solution and resolution.
I'm listening to Jeff watch 2 1/2 Men reruns and my house smells like a
Christmas tree. I got some an amazing oil burner with a bunch of funky scents - and one is Christmas tree the other - Creamy Nutmeg -Yum!
I've tapped myself out on Egg
Nog shakes - I've had 3 this season already.
I'm sick of cleaning - we are getting our house appraised tomorrow so refinance the house hurray for lower interest rates.
I got a
pedi-egg at Kohl's today. Those silly people at Kohl's emailed me a $10 off
gift card. I walked around for about 20 minutes today with the hopes of getting more Christmas ornaments and nothing jumped out. So for .53 - I got a
pedi-egg. So far, it's interesting. I think I prefer getting pedicures though. But, it will cut down on the snow effect of dry dead yucky skin.
My new consultant, Phyllis, at Jenny yesterday told me she could visualize me skinny - and she said that doesn't happen with most of her clients. I said "Thank You??" She said something about
flappy hanging skin which totally grossed me out.
I've been dog sitting this weekend, Max - my mom's
Shitzhu. I really appreciate my laid back - very low maintenance dog. It's hard trying to learn a new dog and their habits.
Jeff hung
Christmas lights all day in 30 degree weather. I just went outside and they aren't on - he's not happy...I'm guessing there's a glitch somewhere.
My mom is coming to get the dog - pray she wants Cracker Barrel....Fried Okra - YUM-o!
Gin & Juice for Jen & Jesus - Saturday Night - I'm sooo excited!
