So, I've had a recipe in floating in my head for probably 2 years -and I've never really decided to execute it.
Let's calling Asian Fusion Meets Cheesecake. Sounds good right? It sure damn does. Of course, I can't go into the specifics because you may try to steal it. Yep. I've looked it up online and it sounds like no one else really has anything like it.
So, after putzing around on the interwebbings in the sky, I've decided to take a stab at the 44th Annual Pillsbury Bake-Off.
Goal this weekend? 1) to Celebrate my Baby Riley Sue turning 3!! and 2) Actually put this recipe together. I'm anxious to try it out - even more bonus because Monday is Cardinal's Opening Potluck day at work - I'm doing a dessert. I'll be making Jen's awesome Gooey Butter cake - but we may have contender #2. All, I have to do is use 2 Pillsbury Products from 2 categories - easy enough. My recipe has maybe 5 ingredients.
Super Excited!! Gah - how cool would it be to win $1 million - I doubt I will but it will be fun to try!
