Jen's Weigh In Results - Week #1


I mentioned last week, that I started Jenny Craig again with the goal to lose 50 lbs. So, I wanted to be accountable and share my weekly results with my readers. Don't worry, I won't go into much detail here, but you are interested in following my weight loss journey, you can follow it at my other blog Jen vs. Jenny.

I'm excited this week to report I lost 6 lbs in the first week! While this is not a typical weight loss, the first 1-2 weeks will be a bit higher and then level off to a healthy 1-2 lbs a week. So stay tuned as I finish the last 44!
