Congrats to Carol who became a Facebook Fan!
Up until about 2 years ago, I had no idea about the Gluten Free craze. I thought it was just another fab or diet that people were trying out. I didn't think anything of it until my best friend hold me her husband and her sister-in-law both have Celiac's disease. Since we hang out a lot, I've had to really learn all about food contamination, ingredients and hidden gluten in your processed foods. I was so excited when Mixes from the Heartland contacted me about doing a product review and giveaway.
I had the opportunity to try quite a few items from Mixes from the Heartland. My personal favorite was the Gluten Free Wild Rice and Mushroom Soup. It's so good, it's their #1 seller! After reading the instructions of adding water and milk and about 45 minutes later I fantastic thick and delicious soup. The taste? Amazing. It was so hearty and warmed me through especially when the weather was in single digits. Even better, this soup served 10 people, so I was able to feed my family for a few days at a low cost and very healthy too!
