Print this coupon above and pay $1 for popcorn and $1 for Soda tomorrow July 4th. You can get any size you want too! This would be perfect to go see Eclipse or that awful looking Tom Cruise movie.

Review - SeaPak Popcorn Shrimp
My husband and I had the opportunity to try SeaPak Popcorn Shrimp recently. We had all the options in the world to pick what kind of shrimp to try and hubs chose Popcorn Shrimp. I'm a big fan of popcorn shrimp because they are small, breaded and you seem to eat a ton of them! Sadly, there are way more than 2 servings in a box, but we opted to make the whole box.
While I had them cooking in the oven, I whipped up some of the Casa De Cowan homemade cocktail sauce and tartar sauce. Because the bottled stuff just isn't as good. 20 minutes later, the house smelled fantastic!
Paired with mac & cheese and corn (because apparently that's how we used to eat it when we were kids) we went to town on the entire box. They were super crunchy with the breading and true to the name, we kept popping them like popcorn. 20 minutes later, the entire box was gone. Fantastic!
SeaPak Popcorn Shrimp is perfect for a quick and easy dinner and doesn't require much effort. I attempted to find a coupon online, but currently there are none. But take a look at their Facebook page and get great recipies and quick dinner ideas.
**Disclaimer - I was given a coupon to try SeaPak. All of the opinions are my own.
$85 Spa Package at A True Spa - St. Louis!
I love going to the spa. Typically I always go when I'm on cruises and they are insanely overpriced. Lately, I have been on the quest for a fantastic facial. Well, I'm in luck, this weekend at Living Social, they have a deal at A True Spa in Chesterfield Valley that includes the following:
Basically how Living Social works is you purchase the package, and then Tuesday, they will send you the deal to contact and get going. The other great thing is that you can buy up to 3 - so you can gift too! Just think $85 and that will make someone's who day!
- 45-Minute Microdermabrasion Facial
- 30-Minute Head and Neck Massage
- 60-Minute Mani/Pedi

Shoe Dazzle - July!
My Shoe Dazzle Selections are here! Thoughts?
I was on the Shoe Dazzle Facebook site and came across these beauties. I think I need them over any of my picks. With the platform built in, they are 3 1/2 inches tall, and I think I could make it work with that much of a platform, and I've been looking for some neutral shoes. Thoughts?

Custard and Girl Talk
So, last night I had the opportunity to meet a local blogger who I've been chatting with for a while. I was so excited when she told me that I won a giveaway on her blog! Hurray! So since we lived so close to each other Alyssa and I decided to meet in the middle at Fritz's Frozen Custard for custard and getting to know each other.
I had a fantastic time getting to know someone. At first I felt like I was on a blind date, but then I felt like once we met I already knew so much about her from the blog. Okay, that sounds kinda strange.
Anyway - great time! Hope to do it soon and get to more STL Blogger Gals!
We were talking about having a Stl Blogger Supper club and getting to know more people. If you'd be interested in joining, let me know!

Pour Your Heart Out - My Dad
So, as many people know, my Dad has ALS. He's had it for almost 15 years now, but I don't get to see him. My most favorite band in the entire world is Breaking Benjamin. They just seem to get me. Everyday at work I listed to all 5 CD's on my iPod - yes all 5 CD's - 54 songs.
My Dad and have a deep love for good music, and everytime I listen to this song on the drive home, I cry. Sadly, I listen to it like 3 times a week, but it makes me a happy sad. I can't help but think what is going to happen when he passes away and it scares me. This song really speaks to me about it, but I know he'll be in such a better place after without suffering and he can do all the things that he's wanted to do and that eventually I'll be there too rocking out to classic rock.
I don't usually get sappy on my blog, but I listened to the song on the way home today and then Julie posted. So I blame Julie.

Annie Gunn's is Yum-O!
There is one day a year that I allow my husband to eat insanely overpriced meat - his Birthday. Every year he requests to go to Annie Gunn's in Chesterfield. It's dark, small ambiance, but it does have a damn good steak.
Other thing Annie Gunn's is - a Cougar Den! The place is crawling with skinny overly tan Chesterfield divorcees looking to pick up a guy because they know that you don't get out of there spending less than $100.
Since they are closed on Monday, I made reservations for this evening. They greeted us with free glasses of Moscato (off to a good start!) I started out with a baked potato soup and Jeff got a Caesar salad. Then the big boys came out. I had the 6 oz filet with garlic mashed potatoes, asparagus and butternut squash - YUM! Jeff had a Rib Eye and fries. He couldn't even eat the whole thing.
Then at the end when they asked us if we had room for dessert, I played it off and said we had Birthday Cake at home. So what did our fantastic waitress do? She packed a HUGE piece of homeade Apple Pie to go. It looks fantastic!
So, I would say a great ending to a week of Jeffy Sue Birthday Celebration!
The only bad thing that happened, he thinks my hair is too short. I got it cut before dinner tonight. I think it's super cute. Good thing about hair - it grows! Pictures to come!

Happy Birthday!
Happy 31st Birthday to my Hubby Jeff!
For his birthday, he was gifted the awesomeness of learning how to grill! Hurray for the entire Ciasa De Cowan! Yesterday, we went to Home Depot and picked up his Weber Grill. He spent all day yesterday putting it together and then we had Melissa and Ryan over and had Rib Eyes. This was his first attempt with grilling the right way - and it was fantastic! I hope to enjoy many more fantastic dinners with you!
I hope you have a wonderful day and don't be mad that I'm going out tonight with the girls to the Saucy Soiree!

Our Nephew is Here!
Our nephew Auggie is staying with us this weekend. He's a 3 year old crazy kiddo. Jeff's brother and wife are out of town this weekend at the lake an asked us if we would babysit. Suuuuure, why not!
Miss Riley Sue gets a little irritated with him from time to time because he plays with all her toys. This morning he woke me up at 5:30!!
