Working from Home means Shopping!

Well, I have just been approved to work from home. That means I need to decorate my new work from home workspace. What does that mean? Shopping!  Have you heard of CSN? They are a mecca of awesomeness including modern office furniture which is exactly what I need! So, I need some opinions on what I should do to spruce up the place! I thought I should get some goodies to make my office space a little different and unique.

First up, how cute is this paper clip holder? It's a porcupine!

You need a fancy trash can too!

And these super cute Buddha Book Ends!

Too many cute things! It's going to take me a while to decide what to go with!

Take a look and give me some suggestions!

I'm Joining Weight Watchers - Who Is With Me?

So, the time has come. I am joining Weight Watchers. I need some accountability. When I was on Jenny Craig, it wasn't so much the food, it was the fear of Phyllis, my Jenny Consultant. When I didn't lose weight, I felt like I let her down. I'm going to join this week, and didn't know if anyone wanted to join with me? I think having someone go through the process with you is a lot more fun.

Yea, losing weight isn't fun, but you can share the experience together. My BFF and I did Jenny together for a while, and when we would go out, we'd hold each other accountable when we went out to eat. Then there would be days when we said screw it all together. But at the end of the day, we both lost weight!

So, the reason I'm going with WW is because you weigh in weekly, you get to cook, and it works! If anyone wants to do it, lemme know! We can wallow in weight loss together! I think the combo of eating healthy and training for the half, should get me in super good shape for the end of this year! Hurray!

Pink Swap!

Happy Valentine's Day!

Last month, one of the blogs I read, Kappa Prep, decided to have a Pink Swap. Basically, you get matched up with a blogger. Learn a little more about them through their blog, and then get a minimum of 4 goodies with a budget of $30. The only catch - everything had to pink! I accepted the challenged and I had Leigh at Sweet Tea!  I forgot to take a photo of the end product, but I think it turned out super cute! Leigh really liked monograms, so I took advantage of Etsy!  Here is what I got her for the swap!

Custom Bag Tag from Etsy

Custom Note Cards from Paper Republic. These came late, and are shipping out on Monday. The quality of these cards are impeccable. I am actually going to order some for myself as well. I really liked the look of her Christie Print and asked if she could change the colors. How cute did they turn out?

I'm a big fan of the Keep Calm and Carry On movement. I picked up this set from ivcreations55 I got the set and hooked Leigh up with the pink one and put one on my fridge and one on my filing cabinet at work.

Monogrammed Tervis Tumbler. We have quite a few of these in our house. I liked the one I got for Leigh so much, I got myself one too. A girl can't pass up pink and monogram, right??

OPI Nail polish from in Special Request. I just love Coral colors. It's the perfect match of pinky and orange and perfect for spring!
Limited Edition Bath & Body Works Lady Bug Wallflower plug and a Pineapple & Orchid scent. It smells like heaven.

I'm really excited to get my package on Monday. I hope she loves everything I picked out!
