So, when I knew we were going to KC, I BEGGED Cece to go to Under the Palm Tree. It has to be my FAVORITE Lilly Stores in the land. Why? Because their customer service is superb. Let me tell you how superb.
Back in March, I had placed an order for some Lifeguard Press items. A koozie, notepad cube, tumbler. After I got my package, I realized I ordered the wrong print! I was so bummed. So I emailed them to see if I could mail back the others and swap out. Hadley, one of the gals that works there goes to school in St. Louis, we said we'd just meet up and I can give her the wrong printed ones. But in the meantime, she mailed me out the print I was looking for. Well, we never quite met up. So I brought the items to KC with me. As soon as I came in, she gave me a big hug like we've been friends for years. (I think it's Lilly thing). We chatted for a while, I tried on a few goodies and I ended up getting my first Clare. I'm so thrilled.
