Target has some smart marketing people. You walk in, and BOOM the Dollar Bin. I went in a few weeks ago and was quickly drawn into the cuteness that is the anchors! They also had coral and other seaside cuteness, but I didn't think it really went with the Midwest feel. I ended up getting some bags, tissue paper, note cards and gift tags.
Any good finds in your Target $1 Bin?
I just bought the same thing! I bought the blank cards, gift bag, and tissue paper (but not the tags) for a friend! Love it.
