It's finally here! I'm a bozo and drank a Mountain Dew for dinner and I can't sleep. I shouldn't be drinking soda past 4, and I knew it was a bad idea. Perhaps it wasn't a bad idea because I'm up for the Target Neiman Marcus Collection's launch! There were only a couple of items I was looking to get, but I thought I should jump on them now because when they are gone tomorrow, they will be gone!
I think it's interesting because the price point is much higher than the famous Missoni catastrophe. So I'm interested to see if some of the higher priced items actually sell. I ended up with 5 items and 1 had already sold out. You can buy on the Neiman's site and Target's. I have to say I like Target's better because they actually have photos with the clothes on.
I picked up the Tory Burch box and Mug. I thought they would be fun holiday gift's at a good price point. Then I decided to get a little crazy. First up is the Lela Rose top. I love overlay tops, I thought it'd be perfect for our annual Christmas Party or a relaxed NYE. I thought the Thom Brown blazer was pretty awesome too. I love a good prep look and thought it'd look great with a crisp white oxford. The white piping gives it a fun edgy look.
The only thing I was REALLY wanted was the Alice & Olivia luggage. I've been carrying around a pretty wonky suitcase and thought this would be fun for all of my work travels. It's pricier than I wanted to spend, so I hope the quality is good. The good thing is that if they don't work out, back to Target they go!
